Prices

Availability
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order. We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product -a product of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.
Returns/Refunds
The return policy governs any purchase made through our Handbagsandperfumes.com retail website. The 7 day period is a "cooling off" period. We authorise the return on products that are brand new & un-used only. Please note we do not accept any returns on Make Up or Body care or perfume unless the item you received has arrived to you damaged or is faulty.
Handbagsandperfumes.com offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet requirements in order for us to accept it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This does not apply to defective items. Any item lost in the mail will not be the responsibility of Handbagsandperfumes.com. We will advise a secure & insured reputable courier.
All returned items for refund must be brand new and un-used. All goods MUST be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all original packaging and tags and dust bags where applicable.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW condition (e.g. the product must be in its cellophane wrapper/dust bag with all original packaging and un-tested) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within a further 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any kind after this period.
Goods will only be accepted with a valid returns number.
Pricing
Prices on products throughout the site fluctuate on a weekly basis. The reason for this is because prices change according to supply and demand factors that have impacts within the industry. Pricing listed on the site for all products include the shipping cost.
We don’t charge V.A.T on the products listed on Handbagsandperfumes.com. Any additional import duties/customs fees are to be borne by the customer.
