Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, we are able to do so providing your order has not been processed for dispatch and a tracking number has not been issued.
Return of an item
Please note we do not accept any returns on Make Up or Bodycare or perfume unless the item you received has arrived to you damaged or is faulty
You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of these goods. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.
Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code.
You will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery and the item is securely packed for transit.
Once the item has been checked by our returns department a refund will be issued this can take up to 14 days upon receipt of goods - you will be fully informed via email on the status of your return.
Handbags/Accessories
We are happy to accept returns on handbags providing you inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to take these items back. Please note once a return authorisation code has been issued these goods must reach us within 7 days.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

Once the item has been checked by our returns department a refund will be issued. Any items with missing dust bags, care cards, tags removed or items that have been used will be sent back to the customer as a refund can not be issued.
Wrong Item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product you have received and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
